Q.How do I go about renting a dumpster with Ameritex Dumpsters?
A.You can easily rent a dumpster with us by using our simple online Rental System. If you need assistance or have additional questions, please call us. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process and help you select the right dumpster for your needs.
Q.What forms of payment do you accept?
A.All payments are made electronically. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks.
Q.What Items are Not Allowed In the Dumpster?
A.
Batteries
Absolutely no batteries are allowed, including car batteries or lithium batteries of any kind.
Biohazardous Materials
Items such as fecal matter, deceased animals, medical waste, and any material contaminated with potentially infectious substances cannot be disposed of in our dumpsters.
Hazardous Materials
We do not accept any hazardous waste or materials. These items can include, but are not limited to propane tanks, tires, motor oil, all liquids, WET paint and anything with refrigerants, including air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, heat pumps, etc., are among the items that cannot go into the dumpster.
Food Waste
Our service does not accept food waste, including but not limited to leftovers, spoiled food, fruit and vegetable peels, coffee grounds, eggshells, bones, and other kitchen scraps. Please dump all food waste into your regular city provided garbage cans.
Weapons/Explosives
Please do not dispose of any weapons, firearms, ammunition, or related items, explosives or flammable items of any kind, such as fireworks, etc., in our dumpsters. These materials are potentially dangerous and require special disposal procedures that are beyond the scope of our standard services.
*Construction and Heavy Materials
Concrete, rock, sod, asphalt and bricks are not allowed due to potential damage, as well as their specific procedures in regards to dumping these types of materials.
*If you have these types of materials, please check with us. We may have a special dumpster available that can handle these items.

Q.Is There a Time Limit for Renting a Dumpster?
A.There is no time limit for renting a dumpster. The rental cost covers dumpster delivery, use for the number of days agreed upon in the terms and dumpster pick up. Ensuring you have ample time for your disposal needs, days may be added and a nominal fee of just $24.99 will be charged for each additional day. This flexibility allows you to keep the dumpster for as long as your project requires. There will be a separate charge for dump fees and any additional charges incurred during the duration of the rental.
Q.Can The Dumpster Be Moved?
A.We have a very strict safety policy against moving, pushing, lifting, pulling or altering the state of the dumpster after it is placed for any reason. Violators will be charged a $1,000 fine. If you need to have your dumpster(s) moved, please Call Us
Q.What happens if I exceed the weight limit of the dumpster?
A.At American Rolloffs Inc DBA Ameritex Dumpsters, we strongly believe in fairness and transparency. Our pricing model is built on a ‘pay for what you use’ principle. If your load exceeds the dumpster’s weight limit, you won’t be charged a flat overage fee. Instead, you’ll only pay the additional cost for the extra weight based on the current per pound rate in the terms.
Q.Are your services available on weekends?
A.Please call our office to arrange for weekend dumpster delivery.
Q.Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery or pick-up?
A.Yes. It’s American Rolloffs Inc DBA Ameritex Dumpster’s Policy for an adult to be present when we deliver your dumpsters. Before renting a dumpster with us, please make sure to coordinate and to have an adult present during time of delivery.

Q.What is the ideal dumpster size for a residential cleanout?
A.The ideal dumpster size for a residential clean-out depends on the volume of waste. A 10-yard, 15-yard, 20-yard or 30-yard dumpster is usually sufficient depending on the size of the home projects.
Q.What items cannot go into a residential dumpster?
A.Hazardous waste or materials, weapons, propane tanks, tires, and batteries, wet paint, liquids, air conditioners, refrigerants, are among some of the items that cannot go into a residential dumpster. A.Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices quoted online include delivery of the dumpster, use for the number of days agreed upon in the terms, and pick up of the dumpster. There will be a separate charge for dump fees and any additional charges incurred during the duration of the rental.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, but once again, please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. A travel fee will be added if the dumpster drop off location is out of our primary area. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q.Do you deliver the dumpster at a certain time or how will we know when the dumpster will be delivered?
A.We deliver our dumpsters between 8am-5pm. Our delivery times are not guaranteed. We will deliver the dumpster on the day it is requested, however, the exact time is unknown due to the unpredictable wait times at the landfills. We will however send you a text or a call when we are on the way to your dumpster rental location.
Q.We've rented some really dirty dumpsters from other companies in the past, are they always dirty?
A.No. Our dumpsters are well maintained and always have a professional appearance!
